Letter from the Editor

This month's newsletter focuses on conflict resolution and peacemaking in the family business world. We discuss ways to foster generative discourse on important issues to make sure everyone feels heard and respected. Conflict is completely normal especially within families. Commitment to respectful communication and resolution makes all of the difference in maintaining strong family ties and businesses. With the next generation set to inherit trillions, alongside roles in the family business, board positions and more, conflicts are likely to arise. How one chooses to resolve them can make or break businesses and relationships.
